Have you ever asked how HHVB's support work or what you can do to get support by the HHVB? Here you can find all the answers about HHVB's support. Don't forget: You only pay with "Peace, Love, Unity & Having Fun".

If you are interested in getting support, make sure you fullfill two conditions:

1. You are a Hip Hop artist
2. You work and/or live in Vienna

As this blog is about Vienna's Hip Hop, it's important that you fullfill these two conditions. It doesn't matter if you are about to become a Hip Hop artist in Vienna or if you were a Hip Hop artists in Vienna 20 years ago.

If you fullfill these conditions, you contact the main blogger of the HHVB. This is me: Kathleen "Kath" Montorio. You can find the contact info in the site "About the team". After contacting me, you should get an answer for an interview. If not, then be patient!

interview

The interview is about getting to know each other. It's important to know your way of thinking, your dreams as an artist, your beefs with other artists, your experience and your personality. It's up to you how much information you give in this interview. Keep in mind that discretion is one of the most important things in the philosophy of HHVB! The amount of information you give influences the support.

short biography

After the interview, I will put the information in a short biography. People will know where you are from, where you live, your age, your works of art. They will also find all the blog entries about you easily in your short biography. With this short biography, I can promote you with sharing the link in comments of pictures of you or of events you participate in.

If the short biography is written, you will get a preview to it. You should then correct wrong information or add some more information! After your "okay", the short biography will be published. If you are a crew, an "okay" from each crew member is needed. Besides discretion, respect is another important thing in the philosophy of the HHVB.

With publishing the short biography, the support is official. There will be no sexual approval between the main blogger and the artists and the supporter-protégé-relationship starts. You, yourself, decide how deep this supporter-protégé-relationship will be. I will not force you to anything.

Here are two extreme examples of a supporter-protégé-relationship between Kath and the HHVB's artists:

A closed minded artist only give information when I ask him about news. Only then he sends me information about gigs or new works of art. I am only in contact with him when I look for him. I lose contact to him when lots of other artists ask me for support. No real support is possible. I don't know what's going on and so HHVB's readers won't.

Another artist sends me up-to-date information about new works of art and/or gigs as soon as possible. I am in contact with him regularly, meet him once a month, accompany him to gigs, give him detailed, honest and constructive feedback when he asks for it and finally become his mentor.

When you are a part of the HHVB, I try hard to know all your works of art. I download your tracks on my smartphone and listen to it, I will check all of your videos if I find them easily. I cannot promise to know your moves, lyrics or instrumentals by hard, but I can promise that I would be ready to give you feedback.

I don't know what's going on behind your scene. Maybe you're working on some new stuff. It's up to you how much information you give me. Just send me what you want your audience (HHVB's readers and Hip Hop fans on FB) to know and I'll arrange everything. If you need anything else than promotion, just let me know. I will arrange you dancers, beatboxers, sprayers etc. I'm here to support and protect you. Don't forget: Discretion and respect are important for us.

collabs

After the interview, I know how you work, how you think about your art, your hip hop philosophy and the like. This makes me easy to find you artists who think similar. I will not arrange any collabs with artists who might not fit mentally together. I only arrange collabs with artists when I know that there will be many more collabs together and/or a friendship in the end.

Promotion Week

In the HHVB's Facebook fanpage, not every single blog entry will be promoted. But once a month, there will be a Promotion Week on the HHVB's Facebook Fanpage. There you can share your works of art (pictures, videos, tracks, beats) under the name of the HHVB. You don't need to be part of the HHVB-community.

You just need to write an e-mail to one of the HHVB-team with your work of art. You decide how much information you will give about it and yourself. Your artist name (and crew name) must be mentioned in the mail.

Why you should participate in the Promotion Week?
It's quicklier done than a blog entry.
The Facebook fanpage is strongly connected with Vienna's Hip Hop artists from all five Hip Hop elements.
The Facebook post can be easily shared.
The Facebook post are easy to consume.
HHVB has a reputation of being real, being hip hop, being connected, being united.

Conditions for participation:
You are a Hip Hop artist
You are born in Vienna or you work(ed)/live(d) in Vienna.
Not more than seven artists have already applied

You don't need support, but promotion only? Then apply for the HHVB's Promotion Week.

Hast du dich jemals gefragt, wie der Support bei HHVB funktioniert, oder was du machen kannst, um Support vom HHVB zu bekommen? Hier findest du alle Antworten darüber. Und vergiss nicht: Du zahlst nur mit "Peace, Love, Unity & Having Fun".

Kontaktaufnahme

Wenn du an Support interessiert bist, stelle sicher, dass du folgende zwei Bedingungen erfüllst:

1. Du bist Hip Hop Künstler.
2. Du lebst oder arbeitest in Wien.

Da dieser Blog sich mit Wiens Hip Hop beschäftigt, ist es uns wichtig, dass du diese zwei Bedingungen erfüllst. Egal, ob du in naher Zukunft ein Wiener Hip Hop Künstler wirst oder vor 20 Jahren einmal einer warst.

Sind die Bedingungen erfüllt, nimmst du Kontakt zum Blogger vom HHVB auf. Das bin ich: Kathleen "Kath" Montorio. Du findest die Kontaktinfos auf der Seite "About the team". Nachdem du mich kontaktiert hast, solltest du eine Antwort mit einer Anfrage für ein Interview bekommen. Wenn nicht, wird um Geduld gebeten!

Interview

Im Interview geht es um das gegenseitige Kennenlernen. Es ist uns wichtig, deine Denk- und Arbeitsweise zu kennen, deine Träume als Künstler, deine Probleme mit anderen Künstler, deine Erfahrung und deinen Charakter. Es liegt an dir, wieviele Informationen du im Interview Preis gibst. Merke: Wir sind diskret.

Der Umfang an Informationen beeinflusst den Support.

Kurzbiographie

Nach dem Interview werden die Informationen in einer Kurzbiographie eingearbeitet. Man wird deinen Geburtsort, deinen Alter, deine Kunstwerke kennen. Alle Blogbeiträge über dich findet man dort übersichtlich aufgelistet. Diese Kurzbiographie wird in den social medias geteilt.

Wenn die Kurzbiographie fertig geschrieben wurde, bekommst du eine Vorschau davon. Du solltest dann falsche Informationen korrigieren oder fehlende Informationen hinzufügen! Erst nach deinem "Okay" wird die Kurzbiographie veröffentlicht. Wenn ihr eine Crew seid, ist ein "Okay" von jedem Crewmitglied erforderlich. Neben Diskretion ist nämlich Respekt wichtig in der Philosophie vom HHVB.

Mit der Veröffentlichung der Kurzbiographie ist der Support offiziell. Es werden keine sexuellen Annäherungen zwischen Hauptblogger und den Künstlern geben und eine Supporter-Schützling-Beziehung kann beginnen. Du selbst entscheidest, wie tief diese Supporter-Schützling-Beziehung gehen wird. Du wirst zu nichts gezwungen.

Kunstwerke

Wenn du Teil von der HHVB community bist, ist es mir wichtig all deine Kunstwerke zu kennen. Deine Tracks werden auf das Smartphone geladen und angehört, deine Videos werden angesehen, sofern sie leicht zu finden sind. Ich kann nicht garantieren, jede Bewegung (Tanz), den ganzen Text (Rap) oder Instrumente (Beatbox, Beat Production, Turntablism) auswendig zu kennen, aber für ein Feedback zur Verfügung zu stehen allemal.

Aus heitrerem Himmel werd ich nicht wissen, was hinter deiner Kulisse los ist. Vielleicht arbeitest du gerade an einem neuen Projekt. Es liegt an dir, wieviel Information du mir geben möchtest. Schick mir einfach all jene Informationen, die du deinem Publikum (HHVB Leser und Hip Hop Fans auf FB) geben möchtest, und ich arrangiere es so, dass es all diese Infos erhält. Wenn du etwas anderes als Promotion brauchst, lass es mich einfach wissen! Ich werde dir Tänzer, Beatboxer, Sprayer etc vermitteln, die ähnlich denken wie du. Ich bin hier, um dich zu unterstützen und zu beschützen. Vergiss bitte nicht: Wir sind diskret und respektvoll.

Zusammenarbeit

Durch das Interview kenn ich deine Arbeitsweise, deine geistige Haltung deiner Kunst gegenüber, deine Hip Hop Philosophie und dergleichen. Das macht es mir einfach dir Künstler zu vermitteln, die ähnlich denken wie du. Ich werde keine Zusammenarbeiten mit Künstlern, die mental nicht zusammen passen, organisieren. Ich führe nur jene Künstler zusammen, wenn ich weiß, dass mehr als nur ein Projekt zustande kommen oder/und am Ende eine Freundschaft entstehen wird.

Promotion Week

Auf der Facebook Fanpage vom HHVB wird nicht jeder Blogbeitrag promotet. Dafür gibt es einmal monatlich die HHVBs Promotion Week. Dort kannst du deine Kunstwerke (Fotos, Videos, Tracks, Beats) unter dem Namen vom HHVB teilen und brauchst dabei nicht zwingend Teil der HHVB Gemeinschaft sein.

Was du dafür machen musst? Schreib einfach eine E-Mail an einem vom HHVB-Team mit deinem Kunstwerk. Du entscheidest, wieviel Information du darüber und über dich selbst gibst. Dein Künstlername (und Crewname) sollten zumindest in der Mail erwähnt werden.

Bedigungen für die Teilnahme:
Du bist Hip Hop Künstler.
Du bist in Wien geboren, hast hier gearbeitet oder gelebt oder tust es immer noch.
Es haben sich noch nicht mehr als sieben Künstler beworben.
