Fest der Reime im Einbaumöbel (impressions)

Do you know Einbaumöbel? It's a well known and non-profit location for music jams in Vienna. There, beatboxing sessions and rap jams take place every week. On the 7th of June, I went to the Fest der Reime #17 (celebration of rhymes) that took place in Einbaumöbel. I have never been there before and I was lucky to see familiar faces.



Böser Wolf told me some stuff about Einbaumöbel and introduced me to other rappers. Dagoth Ur and Kschsisch, who had participated at the Dreistil - Kick off on the 22nd of May, were there too. I was able to get to know the founder of the Freestyle Rap Livestream FREATZ and members of the rapper crew "Club der Menschen" (club of human beings).

Honestly, there were too many new names for me. Those warm-hearted rappers were ready to get interviewed by me but they gave me a lot of feedback to the idea of HHVB I got overcharged and decided to only have a good time with them instead of interviewing all of them. I smoked my Villiger Kiel cigar and listened to rapper X.L.E.O. talking about Freatz. We were sitting on couches outside the location.

Freatz is a Freestyle Rap Livestream from Atzgersdorf, a small place on the west side of Vienna, powered by make.tv. Live viewers can give ideas and comments (via live chat) the rappers put into their raps. Freatz takes place every second Sunday. Founder of Freatz, Faun, and rapper X.L.E.O. are the resident rappers of this show. I watched it last Sunday and gave some comments. It was hilarious and very entertaining. Well, after having a talk, the Fest der Reime #17 started. It was a concert of many Viennese rappers. I was amazed by Serbian rap of a Viennese rapper. Club der Menschen had a beautiful flow and crew power. It made me happy to have seen them rap together. I enjoyed this event! Later, I could say "hi" to Kaul Kwappen (MC of Dreistil) and rapper ARL. Einbaumöbel is indeed a hotspot of rappers in Vienna. :D

I didn't take any pictures. It's a lot of work to take pictures, to edit and upload them and my camera is a little bit heavy too. But I plan to take pictures of another event at Einbaumöbel.
